One of my Post Offices has this exact thermostat and it's getting into the heating season. The previous Postmaster, apparently was a control nut and put in his own code, then left for retirement. I need to unlock this t-stat pretty soon!
I have downloaded the 140 page installer/owner manual and it says to check the installer section. Not real helpful if the t-stat is fully locked! I would love to know the 'factory reset' and get this situation resolved, as I have about 3000 other trouble calls to deal with at the same time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
